Born on the balmy east coast of South Africa in the city of Durban, you will find the Silvery workshop. From simple beginnings, Vanessa and Justin have grown the Silvery family to a close-knit team of 23 skilled individuals who take pride in crafting personalised sterling silver jewellery for both local and international clientele. The jewellers combine their skills in traditional craftsmanship with the latest in technology to create beautiful jewellery pieces that can be personalised to your preference. All our jewellery is crafted by our jewellers at our crafting studio based in South Africa. Typically the time period to create your personalised item will take 1 – 2 working days. Once your order is completed we then ship your order to our Silvery dispatch team based in Bristol United Kingdom. When your order arrives, our team shipd your order the same day with the Royal Mail.

The Silvery Warranty offers you the full coverage of manufacturing, administration and shipping costs against warranty claims resulting from manufacturing defects and workmanship errors.
Silvery reserves the right to void the terms of the warranty on any purchased items that show signs of abuse / neglect, intentional changes, or damage beyond normal daily use. Each warranty claim will be evaluated by our professional jewellers prior to determining a way forward.
Each jewellery item is thoroughly quality checked and photographed before leaving our workshop to compare against possible future warranty claims.
The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days since the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
RESIZING AVAILABLE
We understand that each purchase is unique, therefore, we offer resizing services handled on a case-to-case basis to ensure that our assistance best suits your resize enquiry.
